This cottage is located on a quiet street on the edge of the village. It was a former barn which housed horses and cattle. There is a parking space on the quiet lane in front of the property. You enter the property into the hallway which leads to the bathroom and also provides access to the kitchen.

• The kitchen is installed with a new electric oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and a range of cooking utensils. 
• There is a round dining table, wardrobe and fitted shelves.
• Next to the kitchen there is a double bedroom and a small sitting room.
• The bathroom is fitted with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and toilet.
• Next to the bathroom there is a closet containing the washing machine and storage shelves.

Lower ground floor

Steps lead down to the beautiful living room which runs the full length of the house and contains large windows at either end.

• The living room features a vaulted ceiling and comes with large sofa and easy chairs. The Owner will be installing a reversible air conditioning system into the living room during Autumn 2020.
• A set of steps lead up to a set of patio doors which provide access out into the courtyard.

Outside: at the front of the property there is a seating area and garden featuring an olive tree, bamboo plants and mature trees providing plenty of shade. At the rear of the property there is a lovely quiet courtyard garden, with flag-stone floor and bamboo plants. The courtyard comes with a table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers
