The cottage has been completely renovated and is laid out on one level. The cottage provides 110m² of living space and comes with central heating and a wood burner.

• There is a cozy kitchen which features a wood burner and 2 comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A patio door provides access out to the deck area at the side of the house.
• Next to the kitchen, there is a tack room for storing bridles, boots, etc. 
• The living room features a lounge area with sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with seating for 4-6 people. A patio door provides access from the living room to the paved terrace.

A long corridor takes you down to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with metal frame, desk and chest of drawers. 
• Bedroom 2 is a good sized room with double bed.

• The cottage is situated on a large plot of 1 acre, which contains mature trees and pasture for horses. There is also an open stable area.

Equestrian property to rent France - prices

The cottage is rented with the land for horses. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the pasture land (and/or the sub-letting of the land to a third party). In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €400 towards the electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and water. Firewood to be purchased separately. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. The Owner is ideally looking for a minimum rental period of 12 months starting in September 2025.

Long term rental (12 months): from €2250 per month + bills
