Ground floor

• You enter from the street into a small lobby which provides access dow to the cellar and up the circular stone staircase to the first floor.

First floor

• You enter into open plan living room which features a modern kitchen, dining table and lounge with TV and wood burner. 
• The kitchen has all you need - a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher, There is a large stainless steel kitchen island which is perfect for preparing meals or baking.
• There is a dining table can seat 6 people.

Second floor

• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a Queen sized bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and wash basin.
• Bedroom 2 is ideal for children or occasional guests. It features a set of bunk beds, with a double bed on top and a single bed underneath.
• There is a bathroom with fitted shower, wash basin and toilet

Third floor

• There is a very large living room/bedroom on the top floor of the house. This room contains a sitting area with sofas, an armchair and coffee table, a dining table, as well as a double bed. This room is heated by a wood burner. The room can be used as an additional living room, a home office or as a Master bedroom.

There is a minimum stay period of 3 months. The long term rental prices do not include the utility bills (there is a €200 monthly provision paid towards the bills).
