Cottage long term rentals Southern France - facilities:

The cottage is laid out on two levels and comes air-conditioning (reversible), WiFi, private terrace and garden.

Ground floor

The large open plan living room features a lounge, dining area and kitchen.

• The lounge is fitted with comfortable leather sofas, TV with internet channels and a coffee table. A set of patio doors lead out from the lounge to the terrace.
• The dining area contains a large table which can seat 4-6 people. 
• The well-equipped oak kitchen comes with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine and plenty of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

A set of steps lead down to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and utility room.

• There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet.
• Bedroom 2 is located next to a shower room and comes with a King-sized double bed (which can be separated to form 2 single beds), a hanging area, bedside tables and a small chest of drawers
• Bedroom 3 comes with twin beds, a chest of drawers and hanging area.
• The utility room contains a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

First floor

• The spacious Master bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (with bath, walk-in shower and wash basin). There is a separate toilet and a dressing room
• There is a gallery which overlooks the living room. This space could be used as an office area.

Outside

There is a good sized terrace with patio table and chairs. At the front of the cottage there is a small garden with olive trees and lawn. There is a parking area next to the road, with spaces for 2 cars (one covered space).

Long term cottage rentals France - prices:

The cottage is available for monthly rentals from October through to May. In addition to the monthly rental prices, there is a monthly provision of €205 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months

Long term rentals  from €1000 per month + bills

 Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement (limited to one pet).
