This modern 2 storey villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the South Eastern edge of the village. The villa is located on a 500 m2 plot and comes with a private pool and garden. Inside, the villa provides 135m2 of living space.

On the ground floor, you enter into a small reception area. The open plan living room is air conditioned and comes with a lounge, dining area and kitchen.

• The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and plenty of storage space. There is a breakfast bar with stools.
• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room (with washing machine) and a large storage area (10m3).
• The lounge comes with a flat screen TV, corner sofa, coffee table and storage units.
• The dining area has a sleek white table and 6 chairs. The living room has 2 sets of patio doors which provide access out onto the terrace.
• The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes with a double bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and wash basin.

This villa in Montpellier can be rented on a long term basis for 3-12 months. The monthly rental price does not include the utility bills (€350 monthly provision towards the bills). The price for shorter rental periods, especially over the summer months, will be more expensive.
