The stone built house is located in the small village of Raissac d'Aude, close to the city of Narbonne and the Canal du Midi. The house has been newly refurbished and comes with a lovely bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 good size bedrooms. and 2 bathrooms. Inside, the property has been furnished to a good standard, combining antique pieces of furniture, vintage-style tiling and modern facilities.
The house has a large pool and terrace, as well as a garage space.
Available for long term rentals between October to April from €850 per month + bills. Please note that pets are not accepted.

The house is laid out over 2 floors. There is broadband Wi-Fi and the house is heated by a wood burner in the lounge and electric radiators.
Ground floor
- There is a very light and airy living room, which also provides access to the kitchen.
- The lounge comes with a stylish leather sofa and armchairs. The lounge has a wood burning stove, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV (with international channels).
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and microwave.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 is a spacious room fitted with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (with Shower, wash basin and WC)
- Bedroom 2 has a lovely antique double bed.
- Bedroom 3 comes with bunk beds.
- The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside
- The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and comes with a cover.
- There is a large patio area with two tables & chairs and two parasols. There is a sun terrace containing Mediterranean plants and shrubs. There is space for sun loungers.
- There is a garage space which provides options for parking and storage.
Property to rent long term in France - prices
The house can be rented for up to 12 months. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental between October to May. Higher rates will apply to shorter rental periods and rentals over the summer. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €175 per month towards the utility bills. Minimum stay is 3 months. Sorry pets not accepted due to the shared outdoor space.

Last visited: May 2024. Maison Tout va Bien is a very comfortable house to rent in South France. The house is close to the city of Narbonne and just 30 mins to the Mediterranean beaches. Narbonne has a TGV train station and there are local airports in Beziers and Carcassonne. The house comes with 3 good sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.

The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €175 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months. Sorry, pets not accepted.

Area activities
Raissac d'Aude is a small village of just 250 inhabitants. It lies 10 mins west of Narbonne, a city of 50,000 people with a good range of shops, sports facilities, restaurants and services. Narbonne has a TGV train station.
The Mediterranean beaches are just 30 mins, with the pick of the beaches being Narbonne Plage, Gruissan Plage and La Franqui. The beaches have wide-open expanses of sand and are popular with kite-surfers, wind surfers and wakeboarders.
The famous Canal du Midi passes by close to the village and you will find canal-side restaurants in the nearby villages of Le Somail, Ventenac-en-Minervois and Homps. You can enjoy some lovely walks and cycle rides along the tow path.
