The property provides comfortable accommodation for a couple or single person. Magalas is conveniently located for either house-hunting or for exploring the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. The accommodation is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or visiting the mountains and countryside.

Area activities
Magalas is a thriving wine-growing village. There is a market in the town square every Wednesday, and live music many weekends during the summer. Magalas has three restaurants, two cafes, a small supermarket in its centre and a large one on the outskirts, plus doctors, dentist, hairdressers, pharmacy and other facilities. The wonderful medieval church, and its internationally renowned acoustics plays host to many classical concerts. The river Orb provides wonderful swimming only ten minutes away, as well as canoeing at nearby picturesque Roquebrun.
Beziers is a bustling market town, with views over the River Orb from its impressive cathedral. Its ´Feria´ in August is a celebration of music, food and culture epitomising the joie de vivre of this region. Its splendid old market hall is a haven for those who want to sample the best of local produce, and in the nearby old town restaurants and cafes line the pavements.
The Languedoc is one of the most fascinating areas of Europe, bordering the Mediterranean Sea to the east and the Pyrenees Mountains to the south. It benefits from an exceptional climate and has an unusually rich wildlife, a spectacular coast, and surprising history.

Paradise
A house with everything you need for a good stay. A host available on request. A little corner of paradise lost in the middle of the vineyards.

Really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place surrounded by vineyards and relaxing. Really quiet it allows you to disconnect. Magali and her husband took care of us throughout the stay with a lot of kindness. The decoration is also pretty between rustic and modern, well balanced, in this authentic building full of charm. A place that makes you want to come back!

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €100 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
