The house is close to the Mediterranean coast, it comes with its own swimming pool, and provides spacious accommodation all year round. Lespignan is situated close to Beziers and is just 10 minutes from the beach.

The house used to be a wine ´cave´ where local winemakers used to deposit their grapes and store wines here. The interior of the house is laid out over three levels. The original beams and stone sinks have been retained to contrast with the bleached floorboards.
On the ground floor there is a lounge, a dining room, kitchen and a double bedroom.

Located near the coast and sleeping up to 8 people, this charming long term rental property also comes with its own swimming pool and is packed with lots of original features. The village of Lespignan is well equipped and the village is well-served by all the major transport routes.
Elderly guests and children are welcome at this property, although it should be noted that the stairs are a bit steep. The swimming pool has been fitted with a safety barrier.

Canal du Midi - The Canal du Midi passes alongside Beziers, just beside the railway station. A couple of the most interesting features of the Canal are located here as well. The Canal River Bridge which carries the Canal over the Orb river was hailed at its time of building (1858) as an Engineering Masterpiece. Also, the Fonseranes Locks, carry the Canal down a steep embankment through 9 locks.
