This house for long term rentals is set out over 2 floors and provides 130m2 of living space.

Ground floor

• You can enter the house either into the lounge or into the utility room.
• The lounge comes with 2 sofas, both organised around the fireplace with wood-burner. There is a flat screen TV with internet channels.
• The dining room features a long dining table with seating for 6-8 people. The dining room also has a (more powerful) wood burner, which heats the upstairs bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1 is located next to the lounge and it comes with a double bed, a large dressing unit and a chest or drawers.
• The ground floor bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and WC. 
• Bedroom 2 is located next to the bathroom and it has French windows which lead out to the back garden. The bedroom has a double bed, dressing unit and large chest of drawers.
• The very large kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need. There is an double range oven, 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
• Next to the kitchen there is a large pantry/utility room and a separeate laundry room.

First floor

Stairs up from the dining room lead to the 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.

• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower unit, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 4 is a single bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a shower unit, WC and wash basin.
• Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom. The en-suite bathroom comes with a shower unit, wash basin and WC.

Outside

• Just outside the lounge there is a nice terrace with patio funiture and tables.
• The driveway leads on past the house to two open barns, which can be used for covered parking and storage.
• There is a large enclosed garden with fruit trees, a vegetable patch and an extensive lawn area.

La Longère can be rented for up to 12 months. The minimum stay is normally 3 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be bought separately (there is a local supplier who delivers). Pets are accepted by prior agreement of the Owners (limited to 2 dogs).

Long term rentals (October to May): €1250 per month + bills

Long term rentals (12 months): €1500 per month + bills

Long term rentals (June to September): €2000 per month + bills
