This area of Charente is known as Charente-Limousin and features many lakes and dense woodland. This rental is ideal for people searching for a quite and relaxing area of France, surrounded by nature.
The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 12 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

The larger towns of Limoges and Poitiers are only around an hour's drive away and both feature local airports.
This area of north-east Charente is known as the Charente-Limousin and features many lakes and areas of woodland. There are some beautiful walks nearby.
The old town of Confolens, with its bridge over the river Vienne, is a pleasant place to explore, as are the nearby villages of Brigueuil and Saint-Germain-de-Confolens. Not far from Brigueuil, the Chateau de Rochebrune is a small but picturesque moated castle.
There are TGV train stations in Poitiers, Limoges and Angoulême.
The airports at Limoges and Poitiers can both be accessed in under 1 hour.
