Last visited: September 2023. If you are planning to move to the South of France with your family or if you are expecting frequent visits from friends or extended family, then this easy-to-maintain villa in Puimisson, is the ideal location. The villa comes with a nice pool, private parking, well-equipped kitchen and spacious lounge. All the bedrooms are a decent size. A 2 minute walk takes you to the center of the village where there is a small shop selling fresh bread, a popular cafe and a restaurant.

Area activities
Puimisson is a small village of 800 people located about 10kms from the city of Beziers. The beaches of the Mediterranean coast are just 20kms away, including popular beaches at Valras Plage, Serignan Plage and Vias Plage.
In the village you will find a small restaurant, a cafe-bar and a small shop selling fresh bread and local produce. In the nearby town of Magalas there are 2 large supermarkets, as well as a pharmacy and a fantastic bistro. Another good place to eat is located in the next village of Puissalicon (4kms away). Pica Mandil is a Tapas & Wine Bar where you can taste locally produced wines and local dishes.
Amongst the local sites to explore include: the Canal du Midi at either Poilhes or Colombiers the historic town of Pezenas, with it´s fantastic Saturday market the medieval castle at Carcassonne and the many old Cathar castles located in the surrounding area.
