The apartment is available for long term rentals during October to May from €700 per month + bills. This well-equipped apartment is located on the first floor of a 16th century building and is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and sites of Pezenas.
Inside the apartment features air conditioning, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room and two comfortable bedrooms.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful stone town house. You approach the apartment via a stone staircase, which has remained unchanged for over 200-300 years. The apartment is laid out over 2 floors.
First floor
- There is a large open plan living room with spacious lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. The living room features a beautiful high ceiling and lovely views. There is a modern electric radiator for heating.
- The kitchen comes with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee percolator, small dishwasher and fridge.
- The dining table can seat 2 people.
- The lounge comes with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed). There is a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.
Second floor
- The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
- Bedroom 1 is light and airy and contains a double bed, bedside tables and a shelving unit. There is a modern electric radiator in this room.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The washing machine is contained in one of the wardobes. There is an electric radiator in this room, as well as a portable air conditioning unit.

Pezenas is one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. The medieval town centre is a real delight to walk around. Pezenas has an amazing Saturday market, which takes over the whole town. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Beautiful apartment in town, free parking not too far away. Absolutely clean and spotless apartment. Pezenasis incredibly walkable and gorgeous...feels like a movie!!

Beautiful apartment
This beautiful apartment is definitely worth it. It is clean spacious and in a perfect location. The beds are great and the kitchen has good amenities. The neighbourhood is quite at night and lively during the day. It was a bit warm upstairs but that happens in summer. We would very much recommend this place and might return here again next time we visit Pezenas.
One month's deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance prior to arrival for rentals of 3 months or less. For rentals in excess of 3 months, the rent is to be paid on the 1st day of each month. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes.
Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
