Belle Olivia villa for long term rentals Provence - facilities

The villa is located on a small hill, just 3kms from Le Val. The villa is laid out over 2 floors and comes with Wi-Fi and central heating.

Ground floor

• The main entrance provides access to the living room and leads on to the kitchen. A set of patio doors leads out to a covered outdoor dining area.
• The large living room features exposed beams, terracota floor and a working fireplace. There is a large sofa, armchair and poof. There is a small snug under the stairs, which is the perfect place for curling up and reading a book. 
• The dining area features a solid wood table and seating for 6 people.
• The Provençal kitchen is a beautiful space to cook and create elegant meals. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space. the villa comes with a full set of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom located just off the living room. The bed is a standard-size double bed (140cm x 200 cm)
• There is a guest WC with wash basin.

First floor

Two of the bedrooms are located in the first floor and each has a separate patio door out to the balcony. 

• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a Queen-size double bed (160cm x 200cm).
• Bedroom 3 also comes with a large double bed (160cm x 200cm) which can also be separated into two 80 cm beds.
• The family bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
• There is a exercise room, equipped with a boxing punch bag, weights, yoga mat, pilates ball, elastic bands, and more.

Outside

• Surrounding the villa there are approximately 200 square meters of terracing and a nice covered terrace by the main entrance.
• There is a newly built swimming pool, 3m x 6m in size (open from May to September). Surrounding the pool there is a nice paved sun deck with sun beds and parasols.
• On the first floor of the villa, there is a lovely terrace with stunning views. The terrace has a set of patio furniture and table.
• There are plenty of nice walks in the area, including up to the local hill, with beautiful views over the Provence countryside.

Provence villa for long term rentals France - prices

The villa is available for monthly rentals between September to December. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €650 towards the electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and water. 

Long term rentals (October to December): from €2,400 per month + bills

Long term rentals (September): from €4,000 per month + bills
