Farmhouse for rent in France - facilities

Inside, the house is fully furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture. The house is laid out on two floors and it comes with gas central heating, a wood burner in the living room and solar power for the hot water. There is Wi-Fi which enables remote working.

Ground floor

• There is a spacious living room with two leather sofas, a coffee table and a wood-burning stove (local firewood can be delivered).
• The dining room/games room comes with a table and chairs to seat 4-6 people. There is also a projector and record player.
• The large kitchen is fully-fitted and comes with a modern oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. The kitchen features a central island and has lovely views out over the countryside.
• There is a brand new family bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, WC and wash basin.

First floor

There are 3 generous bedrooms, all with new mattresses and/or mattress toppers.

• Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and it features a king-size bed, wardrobe and en suite shower/toilet. 
• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a king-size bed and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3 has a standard double bed (that's very low to the floor, making it suitable for small children). This room also has a large cot in it, which can be kept up or dismantled.
• In the hallway, there is a Workspace with a desk which has beautiful views out over the country lane.

Outside

• There is an outdoor dining area next to the kitchen.
• At the front of the farmhouse, there is a multi-purpose wooden decking area that can be used for entertaining, yoga, exercising, etc.
• There are two meadows next to the farmhouse, for exploring, bird watching and red squirrel spotting!
• There is also a salt-water swimming pool (open from June to September).

Mas de Nebrouze farmhouse for rent in France - prices

Mas de Nebrouze is available for long term rentals between November to April (not available during the summer months). In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and gas. Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement (and there is a mandatory €150 cleaning fee if pets stay). The minimum rental period is 3 months, although 6 month rentals are preferred).
