The villa is located on the edge of the village in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The villa is laid out on 2 floors.

Ground floor

The open plan living room contains the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

• The lounge comes with a large 'L'-shaped sofa, a flat screen TV, coffe table and Wi-Fi connection.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob , large American fridge-freezer, microwave and Espresso machine.
• The dining table can seat 6-8 people. Next to the dining area there is a large wood-pellet stove and a reversible air conditioning unit.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and wash basin.
• There is a small laundry room and a guest WC.

First floor

• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom. 
• Bedroom 4 has a single bed.
• There is an office space on the first floor, with a desk. There is an air conditioning unit on this floor (which can heat as well as cool), as well as an electric heater.
• The family bathroom cotains a corner bath, shower cubicle and 2 wash basins.
• There is a separate WC

Outside

• There is a swimming pool (8m x 4m). The pool is normally open from May to October). Surrounding the pool there is a pool terrace with astroturf.
• There is a large terrace with a seating area and a dining table with chairs.
• The garden has several mature trees and a grass area with childrens' swings.
• There is parking for several cars, behind the electronic gates.

The prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Wood pellets to be purchased separately. Minimum stay is 3 months. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement with the Owner (and a mandatory €200 deep cleaning fee at the end of the lease period). Not available over the summer period.
