This lovely 2 bed apartment rental is located in the charming town of Pezenas in South France. The apartment is very well-equipped with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, fitted kitchen and fibre internet. The apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century town house, just on the edge of the town centre.
Pezenas is one of the prettiest towns in the South of France. The medieval centre boasts scores of beautiful historic buildings, over 30 brocantes (Antique stores), dozens of restaurants, bistros, bars, cafes, boutiques, craft workshops and cultural events and festivals all year round. Pezenas is also home to a wonderful weekly market, which takes over the whole town.
The apartment is available for long term rentals from €850 per month + bills.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an old 18th Century town house near the centre of Pezenas. There is a communal entrance with an intercom system.
- The entrance lobby provides access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and corridor. There are 2 large storage cupboards and a WC.
- The spacious living room is very bright and airy. The lounge is fitted with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV (with international channels), fibre internet and a desk/work station. French windows lead out onto a small balcony where you can sit and watch the World go by.
- The dining room comes with a large dining table with seating for 6-8 people. French windows open out onto a Juliette balcony.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine at your disposal in the apartment.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- The Master bedroom features a Queen-sized double bed. There is a dressing table, hanging space and chest of drawers. French windows open out onto a Juliette balcony.
- The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. French windows open out onto a Juliette balcony.
- Bathroom 1 is equipped with a bath, overhead shower and wash basin. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
- Bathroom 2 comes with a shower and wash basin.
- There is a separate WC with hand basin, just off the entrance lobby.

Area activities
Pezenas is situated 20km from the Mediterranean coast, in between Montpellier and Beziers. There are 5 low coast airports within 1 hour drive of Pezenas and 2 TGV train stations a short bus ride away. The town is also close to 2 motorways.
Pezenas is located within the biggest wine growing region in France and the town is surrounded by vineyards in all directions. The cities of Narbonne, Carcassonne and Montpellier are within easy reach and have a host of cultural, historic and artistic offerings. The nearby coastal towns and villages have wonderful fish restaurants and Bouzigues, Sete and Marseillan are all famous for the oysters, mussels and other shell fish farmed and served in the area.
The famous Pezenas Estival takes place weekly throughout July and August with dozens of food stalls and wine growers all selling their wares. A great time to have dinner `al fresco` in the main streets of Pezenas seated at one of the long tables available, chatting to locals, watching the world go by, all accompanied by the great jazz band playing in the street.

There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. A local bus service runs from Pezenas to both towns.
