This one bedroom property is laid out all on one level and provides 50m of living accommodation. The house is heated by reversible air conditioning. The house has good speed Wi-Fi.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There is plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people.
• The lounge comes with a leather sofa (which folds out to form a sofa bed), an arm chair, coffee table and large flat screen TV. Patio doors provide access out to the pool and garden.
• The large bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm x 200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. French windows provide access out to the pool and garden.
• The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double sinks and storage. There is a separate WC.

Outside

• There is a decent size walled garden, which features a sunny gazebo, a covered terrace and swimming pool (6m x 4m). There are a number of mature Olive trees and the whole garden is fitted with artificial grass.
• The swimming pool is normally open from May to late-September. The pool can be kept open during the winter months if the tenant agrees to carry out regular pool cleaning and pays for the chemicals.
• There is parking for one car behind electric gates.

Le Petit Paradis can be rented between mid-October to mid-April from €700 per month + bills. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. The minimum stay is 3 months, although 6 month rentals are preferred. Due to the artificial grass in the garden, the Owner would prefer not to accept pets.
