The villa comprises 180m2 of living space and is laid out over 3 floors. The villa is set within 800m2 of garden with mature trees, Mediterranean plants, a swimming pool, boules pitch and summer kitchen.

Lower Ground floor:

• The driveway provides direct access to the garage, which has electric doors.
• There is a washing machine (with a laundry shoot that reaches up to the first floor)
• There is a large Home Office / Gym / Games room with 50´ flat screen TV and a PS3 and Wii console + games.

Ground floor:

• The large open plan living room (65m²) contains large bi-fold patio doors which open out a full 5 metres that brings the outside inside. There is a fast Fibre Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning (reversible) and an efficient wood burner.
• In the lounge area there is a large U-shaped sofa, coffee table and a 55 inch flat screen TV with French and UK Channels.
• There is a large dining table with seating for 12 people.
• There is a Guest WC and a concealed cloakroom.
• The modern kitchen is comes with a large island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, American fridge/freezer and Espresso coffee machine. There is a separate pantry, with additional beer fridge and storage for cooking utensils and tins and dry food.

All the bedrooms come with air conditioning (reversible) and fitted wardrobes.

Villa for monthly rent South France - prices

In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €200 towards the monthly utility bills. The villa is fitted with 12 solar panels which dramatically reduces the electricity costs. There is reversible air conditioning and an energy efficient wood burning stove for heating (firewood is to be purchased separately). The villa is only available between October 2024 and April 2025. Minimum stay is 3 months.
