Long term rental house Pezenas South France - facilities

Emile Mazuc was a scholar born in the town of Pezenas, who wrote a book detailing the local Languedoc dialect and grammar. This small street was named in his honour. The town house is located in the centre of the street and is laid out over 4 levels:

Ground floor

There is an entrance hall with a guest toilet. The hall provides access to a small garage where it is possible to store bikes, motorbikes and suitcases, etc

First floor

• Bedroom 1 is a spacious room that contains a large Super King-size bed (that can be converted into two Twins for added flexibility). The bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom which contains a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The bedroom also comes with two armchairs and a small storage cupboard. The bedroom is heated by a modern electric radiator and has a ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom (although the beds can be joined together to form a Super king size bed). There is also a large antique wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is heated by a modern electric radiator and comes with a ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 3 is also a twin bedroom. The bedroom is heated by a modern electric radiator and comes with a ceiling fan.

Second floor:

• There is very spacious open plan living room with reversible air-conditioning
• There is a well equipped kitchen with a central island and bar stools, an oven, microwave, hob and a large fridge and freezer.
• The dining area features a table with 6 chairs, a large antique wardrobe for storing plates, glasses and other items; and an antique sewing machine.
• The cosy lounge area which comes with a log burner, large sofa and flat screen TV. 
• There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit.

Third floor:

• There is an additional sitting room/home office. A set of sliding patio doors provide access to the roof terrace.
• There is a partially covered roof terrace, which is an ideal space for entertaining, alfresco dining or simply lounging under the sun. 

Long term rental house Pezenas South France - facilities

The long term rental prices for Emile Mazuc do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months. The house is not available for monthly rentals during June to September.
