This Eco-friendly villa has recently been modernised and comes with a fantastic view over the region of the Pic Saint Loup, an arrow shaped mountain close to Montpellier. The surrounding area is a countryside famous for olive oil and the excellent Pic St Loup wines.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The villa is also close to the beautiful village of Sauve, full of restaurants and shops.

Available for long term rentals between October to April from €1500 per month + bills.

Situated on a hillside, this villa is an 'upside down house' with the main bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace. The living rooms are up on the first floor and provide wonderful views in all directions.

  • The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen comes with an island with seating.

The villa provides easy access to Montpellier, just 25 mins away.

The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals.

Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €200 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.

Camargue: with its legendary wild white horses, large black bulls, beautiful pink flamingos and rare birds, the Camargue is a paradise of nature, flora and fauna.

Sommieres: is an exceptionally picturesque medieval South France town, which offers plenty of sightseeing and activities, both locally and in it`s surrounding areas. One of Sommieres`s key features is it`s Roman bridge, built by the emperor Tiberus in the First century AD. Above the town stands a castle, built in the 10 century. A wide range of festivities take place in Sommieres, including the Medieval fair in April, and the Town`s Saint`s fair in the summer. You should also visit Sommieres` Saturday market, which served as the set during the filming of the French film "Manon des Sources".

Anduze: this famous pottery town which produced world renowned glazed vases is a picturesque place. Also close-by is the celebrated Bambouseraie bamboo gardens. Also from Anduze you can take a Steam train through the Cevennes and enjoy the outstanding views.
