This 3 bed villa for monthly rentals is located in the medieval village of Jonquières in South France. The villa comes with beautiful views over the vineyards towards the hills in the distance. The villa has private gated parking, covered terrace and a nice sized garden. Jonquières is a small wine-making village surrounded by vineyards. The neighbouring village of St Felix de Lodez comes with a good range of shops and amenities. The market towns of Clermont l'Herault and Gignac are both 10 mins drive and the popular city of Montpellier is just 20 mins.
The villa is available for 3 month rentals between October to April from €1000 per month + bills.

- The open plan living room contains a spacious lounge area with TV and 2 sofas. The dining area has a table with seating for 6-8 people.
- The well-equipped kitchen has everything that you need. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is plenty of storage space, cups plates and cutlery.
- Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. French windows lead out onto the covered terrace.
- Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. A set of French windows provide access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
- The bathroom has a full-sized bath, separate shower and double sinks. There is a separate WC.
- At the entrance there is guest toilet
- A home office can be available if you require it.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 3 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

The village of Jonquières is located 25kms west of Montpellier in the Herault department of Southern France. Close by you will find the pretty village of Saint Guilhem le Desert (one of the top 50 most beautiful villages in France).
The neighbouring village of Saint-Felix-de-Lodez has an excellent deli, a butcher, 2 restaurants, a bar, hairdresser and beautician.
Montpellier is easily accessible by public transport, or 20 minutes by car. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and cycling, there are rivers and lakes nearby. The Mediterranean beaches are a 35 minute drive away.

There is a local bus service from Jonquières to Montpellier (which also calls at the market towns of Clermont l'Herault and Gignac).
