Chez Armelle is a 3 bedroom apartment for long term rentals, located in a quiet residential area of the South France city of Montpellier. The apartment is is ideal for longer stays in France, with excellent transport connections, a garden, good Wi-Fi and parking.
The apartment is located in the Northern suburbs of Montpellier, close to the popular neighbourhood of Aiguelongue and the hospital district. There is a tram stop close to the property.
Available for long term rentals for 3-9 months from €2000 per month + bills. Higher prices will apply to rentals during July and August.

The apartment is laid out on the ground floor of the property.
- The large open-plan living room contains the kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living room comes with large patio doors and French windows providing direct access to the garden and pool.
- The lounge comes with a large L-Shaped sofa, book shelves, Flat screen TV and coffee table
- The dining room has a dining table abd seating for 4-6 people.
- The fully-fitted kitchen contains an oven, hob, American fridge-freezer, microwave and Espresso coffee machine. There is a large central island with breakfast bar.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a King-size double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed, sofa and desk.
- Bedroom 3 contains twin beds.
- The family bathroom comes with a bath, overhead shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
- The apartment comes with underfloor heating/cooling.
Outside:
- There is a swimming pool (7m x 4.5m) which comes with a security alarm. Surrounding the pool, there is a nice sun terrace, with sun loungers and pation furniture.
- There is parking for one car.

The apartment can be rented on a monthly basis, minimum stay is 3 months. The rental prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €200 to be paid towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes). Pets may be considered.

A superb property to rent long term in the suburbs of Montpellier. Montpellier is the fastest growing city in France and provides easy access to the Mediterranean beachs (10 kms), an international airport, motorway network and beautiful countryside.

Area activities
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area on the Northern edge of Montpellier, close to the hospitals, University and the popular neighbourhood of Aiguelonge. There are 2 large supermarkets located 10 mins drive away, as well as plenty of local services, including a boulangerie, Pharmacy, small shop, hairdressers and a gym. There is a tram stop a short walk from the house
The nearest beach is 15 minutes away. The beautiful Camargue region and the walled town of Aigues Mortes are just 45 mins away. The Pic St Loup Wine Route is always a popular activity for sampling some excellent wines. The medieval town of Sommières is a great place to visit on a Saturday, when a huge market takes over the town.
There is a Golf course in Baillargues (15 mins) and Horse riding (5 minute drive).

Montpellier has a TGV train station. The local tram network provides easy access around Montpellier. The nearest tram stop is located in the neighbouring village of Jacou. Local bus services run from Castries to Montpellier.

Driving directions
The A9 motorway is just 15 mins drive from the apartment. This provides access down to the Mediterranean coast, the Spanish border and also North to Nimes, Avignon and Marseille.
