Riverside house for rent in France - Facilities

The house is located in a narrow street, off the main square in Esperaza, with free parking just outside the house (near the community garden) or in the square. The house is laid out over 2 floors. The Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house and terrace and patio.

First floor

• The lounge comes with 2 sofas and a fireplace with a wood burning stove. There is also a dining table and chairs. The lounge provides access to the lower terrace.
• The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, a gas stove, cutlery, pots, pans etc. and a pantry. There is a kitchen table.
• There is a bathroom located next to the downstairs patio/terrace. It includes a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

Second floor

• The Master bedroom opens onto the upper terrace, where you can enjoy meals or sit quietly listening to the river flowing below. The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with twin beds and a large chest of drawers.

Outside

The rear of the house faces south and overlooks the river from 2 terraces.

• The downstairs terrace is located off the lounge and comes with a patio table and chairs
• The upper terrace is located off the master bedroom and is a relaxing space to enjoy a good book or take a morning coffee.

The house is available for long term rentals between October to June. The monthly prices listed are based on a 3 month stay. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
